ECS submitted their views on the Draft Exeter Plan in a 21 pages document on 16 December 2022; and on the East Devon Plan in mid Jan 2023. The Strategic Planning & Highways Group is currently working on a statement to the Draft Teignbridge Plan, the consultation for which will run till 13 Mar 2023. Government policy about house building looks as if it is changing, with more clarity hopefully to be provided soon. This all sets the framework for a further busy year on long-term planning agendas. At the meeting, Keith Lewis, Andy McKeon and Gert Vonhoff will provide some more insight into our ideas and invite to discuss them.
